At LazyKidz, we want your little ones to be happy and comfortable with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our return and exchange policy below.


✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With original tags and packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


🔄 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong item or size received

  • Damaged or defective items (please share a photo within 24 hours of delivery)

  • Size exchanges (if available in stock)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Used or washed items

  • Accessories and undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)


🚚 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at [your@email.com] or message us on our Facebook/Instagram page within 7 days.

  2. Pack the Item:
    Make sure it’s in original packaging with tags intact.

  3. Send it Back:
    You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us unless it’s a damaged or wrong product.

  4. Get Refund/Exchange:

    • For returns, we issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit.

    • For exchanges, we’ll send the replacement once we receive the returned item.
