Thank you for purchasing or receiving a LazyKidz Digital Gift Voucher. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using your voucher.

1. Voucher Validity

  • Each gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired vouchers will not be extended or refunded.

2. Redemption

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed at lazykidz.com.bd (or your actual website).

  • The voucher can be used to purchase any product from our store, subject to stock availability.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase other vouchers.

3. Usage Limitations

  • Only one voucher can be used per order unless otherwise specified.

  • The full value of the voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.

  • If your order exceeds the voucher amount, you will be required to pay the difference using available payment methods.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

  • LazyKidz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers.

  • Treat your voucher code like cash – once lost or shared, it cannot be reissued.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • If you return an item purchased with a voucher, the refund (if applicable) will be issued in the form of store credit.

6. Fraudulent Activity

  • LazyKidz reserves the right to cancel any voucher suspected to be obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.
